Of course it's fake. There no proof of concept, just someone throwing out a lot of tweets. This always happens when Dev-Team announces either a new jailbreak or unlock.

Not everything not from developers is fake! Our jailbreak has alot of work into it. It's semi-tethered one-click we have loads of proof just check our twitters
