Apple has recently released the new version 4.2.1 or 4.2 which is the same thing. This will take off the jailbreak so if you are just excited about the printing feature don't update because it only works on select HP printers. If you updated there are some cool new features. Bottom line is that if you are only taking off your jailbreak and updating for a slight increase in speed and printing don't update. If you didn't jailbreak and you have absolute no desire to then update immediately. Hope this info helped!
