Good catch! As for jailbreak... iTunes should be 100% safe. Both betas were ok.

I did the update on my apple machine for my factory unlocked iPhone 4, but am gonna look around before jumping in with my vista machine. Having a permanently unlocked iPhone is nice, just need to get the "factory jail broken" then I would be the happiest person in Germany!
