Yes he is one man, it was a comparison, sorry you three are so narrow minded to get the point I make. I am a loyal person, but what is wrong is wrong. On one side you have one twenty year old with a blog and a twitter account.

On the other side you have a multinational, multibillion dollar company with an entire public relations department and an entire customer service department.

I think anyone would agree that they handle public feedback a bit differently.
