No Jailbreak for Iphone 4 and Seeing other callers on Facetime?

So theres this EVO fanboy in another forum that im on and after I posted this:
"just ordered 2 iPhone 4's... gonna jailbreak and tether same way I have been for the last 2 years."

He had this to say:
"good luck on that,u must haven't heard about the 7 to 14 day up and jailbreaking on the new iPhone 4 or the WiFi and video call privacy. U won't be happy. Other iPhone 4 ppl can see ur call if u in the area and WiFi as them. That was stupid of at&t to do that ****. And 5gb that's nothing. You don't have to download to get 5gb just going on line will do it.I had 3 friends take back tube iPhone 4 and got a evo . They all was seeing each other on the same call and didn't even know it."

What the hell is he talking about. I havnt seen nothing on that here.Anyone? Links?

Well it is over wifi and there is no encryption so being able to view peoples facetime chats isn't unrealistic.
