Have you tried searching? This isn't news and there are various threads - as you don't say which country you are in any advice would be far worse than you searching.

Those certainly wouldn't work with my phone on T-Mobile.
I could list the MMS settings of lots of providers, without knowing which country/provider the OP is using there is not a lot of point in doing so.

You have a iPhone 3g and 3g[s] both on version 3.1.3 on tmobile you can send mms an pictures but you can't recieve them, am I right?
