As everybody here knows, Apple will announce the next iPhone this week. This means that iPhone 3Gs will start to be sold online at a feverish rate after it is announced. I am trying to offload mine now, and I have a few questions for you if you do the same.
1) Where are you selling it?
2) What model/capacity/firmware is it?
3) How good of condition is it?
4) What are you asking?

My answers:
1. Craigslist
2. 3.1.3 3GS 32gb
3. fairly good, but scratched on corners
4. 450 with case/cables/box

Craigslist is the market for buyers. If you want to sell and get good money for it, eBay it. Nothing beats 12-year old impulsive, last-second bidders.

I agree with adp, but the fact that you will have to pay listing/selling fees and paypal.. It just take a whole chunk of your money.. Good luck.. I'll probably do the same when I get a hold of the contract free iphone 4G first...

Cl buyers seem more educated and it's a hassle to findnon flaky people. eBay with buy it now demanding instant payment is your best bet but $450? Seems high...
