New AppStore: Appsidy
Apparently there is a new way to purchase apps in Cydia and its through Appsidy. Zodtdd is using it to sell his new N64iPhone and a theme or two I saw is on there through Appsidy. I tried purchasing a few things through them though and although I bought 3 things, I can only download 1 of them.
Personally I think Appsidy sucks and Zodttd and others should stick to the Cydia Store loliLive an iLife

Apart from the fact that you can't download anything and that it has a major security flaw it sounds great....

Why is Zod doing this? I liked him since 1.1.x jailbreak. He...pretty much lost a lot of his fans and ruined his name. I can't support him any longer...

I wasn't aware of a security flaw, but even before that he lost his credibility by putting up a purchase method that doesn't work. If the old purchase method is faster, easier, and safer, whose idea was it to add a new one? This is the last time someone wastes my time like this, I'm sticking with Cydia.

My guess is that software authors don't like paying cydia store fees. Unfortunately it costs money to run a store that works so the cheaper 'alternatives' all seem to fail.

Someone said Appsidy is buy the same guys that do Rock - can anyone confirm that?

So does anyone even know how to get a hold of anyone there?
I've purchased some apps and transferred it to my wife's device, now when I want to support Bluemetal by purchasing a theme of his, I get shafted since I "Can't transfer back to another device"
This is incredibly frustrating!

Appsidy is the biggest pile of crap ever, they only take credit cards as a payment method? As if anyone in their right mind would submit there CC info to this junk. I hope the developers who think they are going to save some money realise there going to lose money because basically no one is going to buy their stuff threw some turdstore like this.

Appsidy is, apparently, run by the same people that run Rock - I wouldn't use either.

I absolutely, positively, HATE APPSIDY!!! I created my first "paid" theme, posted it on Cydia through MMI, only to find that a few weeks down the line, my customers can't buy my theme through Cydia anymore! WTF! I'm now losing out on money because of these c**ts!
