Hey everyone,

If you had a problem with a missing Carrier Logo when you updated to 3.1.x, there is a fix!

Tom Zickel (Downloaded through BigBoss) has created a package called Carrier Logo Fixer! and it is downloadable through Cydia or Rock.

and all the people i have informed about it are getting their correct carrier.

I just installed it today and my carrier name is still missing. I have an iPhone 3G firmware 3.1.2 Pwn & Ultrasnow running on T-Mobile (USA). Any ideas? I can always go back to MakeItMine. I was hoping this solution would work.

Causes constant springboard crashes. Do not install!

Just updated and mine no longer shows mobistar - it now shows AT&T

Which is quite strange as I'm on T-Mobile.

i noticed i crashed a couple times, but it was every time i tried to play a video using one of those watch tv on the iphone apps.

idk if it was a coincidence or if it was related though.

I don't think it's a coincidence, I had crashes when playing videos in YouTube. Fine after removing Carrier Logo Fixer.

you are definitely correct.
I was crashing every 10 seconds.
RockApp came up with a warning telling me it was that..
