I'm saying captain in ref to captainchaos' response higher up in the thread:
cause this carrier image issue is a side-effect of the custom ipsw made with pwnage.As soon as the unlock is released for 5.11.07 all this will go away I am looking forward to it.

UPDATE: I've just installed the updated Ultrasn0w and the carrier issue is fixed! Now shows correct name for o2, 3, Virgin and Vodafone (and others as well I expect, these are just the SMSs I have in stock.)
