Apps Know There Cracked

Recently some cracked apps have been able to know if they are cracked or not. One example is the Tap Tap Revenge: Coldplay. So lets say you use cracked apps, if you get the cracked version of Tap Tap Revenge: Coldplay. A message will pop up. Telling you to not pirate there software because they have families to support and if you don’t they threaten to report you to the police. Other cracked apps just simply crash right when you open them. It looks like it might be the end of Cracked Apps. Especially if Apple inserts this feature into all of there Apps.

This really isn't anything new. Beejive did it some months ago and there was another app, Aurora Feint(?) that did it a while ago.

Well thats even better news, now all apps need this capibility. Then cracked app users are done ripping off developers

Some apps are not worth .99. I'll try them and if I like it I'll buy it.

I see your not a DEV, that's why you think it's ok...
I would agree that some apps aren't worth the $0.99 but it's only $0.99
+ most every app has a review or 2 or 10 written by people that paid for them.

nope im not a dev but 10 apps that suck at .99 well thats 10.00 well 9.99
if i really like the app ill buy if if not i delete it....

At $0.99 it doesn't matter if it is awful.

I agree... the cheap apps you can generally get an idea of their value from the reviews. The more expensive apps should be given a trial period IMO though.
