Very cool, I'll still wait for WinPWN, as I like custom IPSW's.And it will be like a taco inside a taco within a Taco Bell that's inside a KFC that's within a mall that's inside your dream! Springboard screwy after reboot? Here is the fix

Damn I thought it allowed you to select your custom boot logo, anyways I just pwned my 3g and it's all good. I'll be re-doing it once Winpwn comes out though, I want my custom vista boot logo back!

SO much for my excitement.... I let iTunes 8 upgrade my 2.0.2 3G quickpwn'd phone to 2.1, and now I have a apple logo and a double vibrate every 5 seconds... then after about 5 minutes, it reboots itself... and starts the same thing all over again.
No idea what to do...... I havn't even gotten to the QuickPwn stage yet!
Update: Ran QucikPwn anyway, it completed "succesfully" now I have the pineapple and a double vibe every 5 seconds... &^#%@ my phone was fun while it lasted!

I tried it twice, failed twice. Retored and tried agian and it worked. Im on Vista with a 2G iPhone, never pwned. Made sure iTunes was open and iPhone was on the home screen then ran QuickPwn.

Took several attempts (and hours) to complete the upgrade. First time using QuickPwn - do prefer WinPwn but curiosity got the better of me. Even though I followed BigBoss' instructions to the letter - (including backing everything up with aptbackup first) biggest problem was post-jailbreak and restoring the Cydia apps. Not sure if due to incapability issues, but locked up several times when respringing from BossPrefs.
