according to ABC apple lost the lawsuit but refused to respond to ABC about what was happening

This is a nearly 10 year old article. I'm sure it was settled, or nothing happened. It is wrong to take a name, but taking a name vs. taking designs and concepts...going a bit far. I'm in no way advocating that Apple is 100% guilt-free and not committing activity similar to that of Samsung, this is just not quite as relevant in comparison.
