    I'm having the same problem...

    I emailed their support. I'll let you know if they get back to me.

    Hey pgprime, I figured out how to get it to work. You have to go into Settings and then Mail. Turn Organize by Thread off. I then reinstalled Mark Mail again and it worked. Seeing as how the default setting of the iPhone is to have Organize by Thread on, you would think that Cocoanuts would address that somewhere...
