Hard Drive????
Can I use a sata hard drive in my macbook? My hard drive has gone out.

Unless you have a old MacBook or PowerBook the you should be able to use a 2.5" SATA HDD in it.

Not exactly sure, I just know I tore a PowerBook G5 apart and it had a Ultra ATA 100 instead of SATA

I think I have an old macbook... Somebody told me I need a 2.5mm SCSI hard drive, but I can't find any. But I found 2.5mm sata hard drive.

It's Dl White Macbook 512 mb and 1.8ghz

I'm pretty sure that takes a regular 2.5" SATA HD. Check out ifixit.com for how to swap it out.

Glad to help. I have changed a few hard drives in the whit MacBooks. It's not hard at all.
