    ^Might want to be careful installing third-party RAM, though. There's been a lot of complaints that it really messes up your 'Book when its in there, then its fine when you take it out. I believe there was an update released recently to combat this, though, so maybe it's alright now...

    I've never had a problem with third party ram I've put some in my iMac, Macbook, New Macbook, i just always bought from 4allmemory.com and was hitting up amazon this time

    ^Okay, just letting you know. It only affects the new aluminum MacBooks/Pros, but as you said, you've put some in there and its been alright, so I guess you're straight.

    I'm definitely going to check out 4allmemory now, by the way.

    cash7c3 thanks for that you can get i could get it cheaper but will use that site for other comps since they do have some cheaper stuff. CANT WAIT TILL I CAN GET 6GB FOR CHEAPER than $700

    so now i just need to raid a computer lab or business, SIX GB would be beastly in this aluminum shell
