Security Update 2008-007 wont finish install??
It froze on the initial update and I had to force quit the installer. Then when trying to manually install it gets all the way to 50% on OPTIMIZING SYSTEM PERFORMANCE and then does nothing. Ive tried force quiting and trying again, but I get stuck at the same spot. Any suggestions?

I had same problem as you have,froze just over a 1/4 of they way. What i did was got the update of apple web site and did it that way, worked a charm.
