MB Air or MBP13 or MBP13 w/retina
Please help me decide,
I would consider myself a heavy user.
I usually use 3 browsers (chrome, Firefox & safari) constantly with an average of 5 to 10 tabs open.
I use photoshop, with an average of 3 to 5 projects.
One more thing, I do not like to restart my Mac for days at a time.
Please adsive on the best Mac and your explanation why.
I am also open for certain hardware upgrades.
Thank you

The Retina is more powerful and has dedicated graphics processing. Max out the RAM through. Photoshop especially will take about as much RAM as you have.
Both models come with SSDs, so there is reason not to restart often. It's quick!Until the next time… And if I help you out, give me a "Thanks!" Thanks!

Sorry, I was mistaken. The 13" MacBook Pros and Retinas don't have dedicated graphics cards. They have Intel HD Graphics 4000 integrated processing only. The 15" have dedicated cards.
If you are going for a 13" MacBook Pro, putting 16 GB RAM and an SSD would be sweet. If you do lots of work in Photoshop, the 15" would be better, having the NVIDIA GeForce GT 650M.
I have a 15" MacBook Pro. I removed my DVD drive, moved my stock hard drive to the DVD bay and installed an SSD. I also installed 16 GB RAM.Until the next time… And if I help you out, give me a "Thanks!" Thanks!
