Same as mine, gotta love it.

It's way sexier than the current Macbooks.

Congratz man, you are so lucky. I've been wanting a Mac of any kind for way to long now. I keep trying to turn my Hp 530 into a hackintosh. O well, someday I will be rich like you!!!

Hm, I should post some pictures of mine, later. THe Unibody design is fantastic, so happy I didn't get the crap ones.

Edit: Here is the set on Flickr.

Ya know? I've really enjoyed my little netbook (Asus EEE PC, and ya ya ya, I know this thread is about MacBooks..lol) because it's so damn portable. I can carry it around with me absolutely everywhere and I have the broadband card with it as well, so really, I am connected virtually anywhere I go. But the real "deal maker" for me getting it, was the 7-hour plus battery life I can get from it.

Well, NOW that the MacBook Pro's are also getting this 7-hour battery life...UGH..I'm gonna have to rethink my position on all of this. I mean, WHY continue carrying around a PC when I COULD be carrying around a MAC, huh?..hmmmmm.

Just when I thought I was content, technology STRUCK again.

I love my white Macbook. I was able to watch 2 hours of video on my flight to london and still be able to charge my Iphone while on a 4 1/2 hour layover. On the way home I was able to watch 4 hours of video - 2 full length movies- and still had 20% battery left. My old Dell 9100 Inspron is lucky to give me 45 min on the battery.

Does the MacBook Pro allow use of a broadband card so you can be connnected everywhere?

They used to, the MacBook Pro's Express Card slot, which is what is used for a broadband card, was replaced with an SD card slot, so if you can pick up one of the old unibody macbook pros then yes you can use your broadband card.

Or you could buy a USB broadband connector instead.

Yes. You are exactly right. I should have made myself more clear. Instead of saying USB card, I should have said that I use a USB "dongle", as it's not exactly a card, but plugs into the USB port. And I'm sure that would work just as well on a MacBook as it does on my EEE PC. I see no reason why it wouldn't.
