SAFARI and the annoying page that reopens every time

I close my browser and when I open safari it opens to the same page, how can I stop this? I was sure there was a setting that could be changed. I can't find it.

You can set a "home page in safari" with the tweak of that name. That may help you.

Edit: Just saw what section this was, I am guessing you mean Safari on a Mac then right?

Dont see anything in preferences to stop this but if you close the window you are using before actually quitting safari the next time safari opens it will open your home page and not the last page you were on.
