Cannot watch YouTube Videos anymore

Well everytime i try to watch a YouTube video it will always start and then it would go to that annoying white circle loading circle. I can't watch videos anymore with it doing that. I would normally have to refresh the page. I'm using a laptop and NO I'm not using a Mac I'm using a TOSHIBA Laptop. I have very good Wifi Signal. Can someone help me

Try updating flash and also, even of u have great wifi signal , doesn't mean ur connection doesn't suck....I have great reception on my iPad giving from my iPhone via MyWi but the speed is slow because my iPhone only has 2 bars
