How to make the applications icons small ?

Hello guys,

Well, I've saw this screenshot and I liked how the app icons look in a small size. (It's an old KRM screenshot.)

Have a look.

I like how they look, and this is how it looks on mine:

Any ideas of how to do it ? I'm running OSX 10.6.3

The icons will get smaller when you have more applications in that folder.

i think its like that cuzz A. they have more apps B. Larger screen(more resolution)
