does anyone know of any macro software that will allow me record key strokes and repeat the cycle of key strokes on a loop?

For example:

<press, 1 second>1<wait 35 seconds><press, 5 seconds>Up Arrow<press, 1 second>1<wait 35 seconds><press, 5 seconds>Down Arrow

That is essentially how long I press what keys and for how long i press them after waiting to press the next key.
