Home Surveillance Systems That Are Apple Compatible

I'm not sure if this goes here, but this is the closest I could find to post this.

I'm looking at getting a surveillance system that doesn't break the bank. My "must have" features are :
1: 8 channel DVR
2: Able to be viewed remotely via iPhone/iPad
3: Preferably have audio recording on at least 3 of the cameras (I am well aware of the legal risks to this. I intend to use these cameras to settle indoor he said/she said arguements :P)
4: Comes with at least 4 cameras to start with

I'm hoping to spend as close to $500 as possible. If anyone can make a good recommendation, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks

Thanks. I actually bought this Costco - Clover 8 Ch H.264 DVR with 8 Weather Resistant Night Vision Cameras a few hours ago.
