Ping :(
Alright well I just updated to iTunes 10.2, but had the problem in the previous version. Whenever I scroll through my songs, albums, etc. I get the annoying ping pop up and it will not go away until i click on the screen. Here is a screeny

open iTunes> Preferences> Store> uncheck ping> Save/close Preferences

From within iTunes 10, click on your username (from the Store's front page) in the upper right hand corner of the window. Enter your password to view your Account settings. Midway down the page is an option that appears to allow you to turn off Ping.

well now that iTunes Ping is now officially off, and all of your Ping remnants will be permanently deleted in about 7 days.
