Windows Server 03 on Parallels Desktop

Hello guys, for a school project, I installed Windows Server 2003 under a virtual machine using Parallels Desktop 5, when setting up the virtual machine, I chosen to use a bridged connection, so that will allow me to have the Windows Server 2003 like another computer on the network.

I installed Windows Server 2003 on the virtual machine and now I wanna set up the ethernet driver, I have my Mac OS X Install DVD that supposes to have the drivers for XP Bootcamp, I'd like to know how can I install the ethernet driver on my virtual machine ?
