mkv video converter for mac
i have a small yet frustrating problem.
does anyone know of a good video converter for mac that will convert mkv files into video files? i downloaded some episodes and the entire collection is in mkv format. it plays in my Divx player but my converter doesnt support that format and neither does the Divx converter. i wanna burn all these episodes onto dvds. i really need hep with this. if anyone knows of a good converter and if they have a serial number for it i would gladly appreciate it. and i also need a converter for rmvb to video files.
thanks for anyone would replies.
any answers will be appreciated.
btw i have looked and i havent had any luck.

I use handbrake for all my conversions. It is free and works very, very well.

MKVTools is handy dandy... you get a free trial version, use it and pay a few bucks if you like it. Or get the older version for free.
