Need something like cyder on Mac

Dear All

Wifi module on my iphone is dead, so I can not use Cydia install Iphone app anymore, so the question is, Is there any software that I can use on my MACbook, so that I can download app on my MACbook and sync with Iphone via USB.

Please help

why dont you try getting deb files from repos ? and dpkg them via terminal
