Default Screenflow - does what it says, but a high end type app
    Flip4Mac - ScreenFlow

This app produces corporate quality screencasts using your isight camera and screencap movies. I've been using this more than anything else I have just because of how nicely it works and the quality of the output.

    MUST TRY THIS APP.
