Basically it's text edit, but with a DOS feel to it. It does not do anything except accept text. It's very simple and very cool looking. You can customize the look a LITTLE bit. It's a freebie, give it a look.

I use this app when I don't want to get distracted by anything on my desktop (or aim chats..: ) It is very useful for that! They also make: TaskPaper Which is a nice lil app. I use: Anxiety - Lightweight To-do Management instead b/c its free and I'm cheap. haha

I also like to use: Freeverse: Apps: Think Which is free and basically hides (or blacks out) everything on your desktop or "background". Great for people like me who get easily distracted!
