Sleep Blaster is an app that turns your Mac into an alarm clock, and when it goes off, you can actually yell at it to turn it off.

Sleep Blaster uses your iTunes library for the alarm, or if that's not loud enough, includes a sound of an explosion that warns it will be extremely loud.
