Tim Cook Fondly Remembers Steve Jobs in Birthday Tribute Tweets
Apple's iconic co-founder and former CEO Steve Jobs would have been 59 years old today (Jobs was born February 24th, 1955, in San Francisco, California).
Prior to his death at age 56, Jobs was at the helm of one of the world's most promising tech innovators. And while some critics contend that the Apple of today is not as far-sighted as the Apple of yesterday, current CEO Tim Cook took to Twitter today to honor his late friend and former boss while promising to continue carrying on Jobs' incomparable legacy of inspiring work.
"Remembering my friend Steve on his birthday," Cook tweeted. "'Stay hungry, Stay foolish.' We honor him by continuing the work he loved so much." He later tweeted: "Remembering Steve on his birthday: 'Details matter, it’s worth waiting to get it right.'"
To commemorate what would be Steve Jobs' 60th birthday, we've previously reported that the U.S. Post Office will release a Steve Jobs commemorative stamp likely in early 2015.

Yeap.. Tim Cook Remembers Steve Jobs... Fondly.... After he fired every one of his proteges. But yes he has to remember him as he built the company that made him rich.
