Apple Opens Up Pre-Orders for the Dance (RED) Album to Further Support the Global Fund
Apple seems to have opened pre-orders on a new exclusive album on the iTunes with the title “Dance (RED) Save Lives, Vol. 2.” The album is expected to debut on November 25th and supports the Global Fund with 100% of proceeds being donated to the cause. For those of you who didn’t know, Apple promoted Volume 1 of the album last year with proceeds also benefitting the same cause.
Notable artists who have tracks featured on the album include Calvin Harris, Coldplay, Katy Perry and Robin Thicke. Those of you interested in the album can pre-order it and although you won’t be able to purchase the entire album today, you will get a single from the album titled “Celebrate” when you pre-order.
It isn’t a surprise to see Apple helping the cause as the company has had a long relationship with the (PRODUCT) RED organization before. More recently, the company has been working with designer Marc Newson to create several products, including a red Mac Pro which is to be auctioned off at an upcoming event in support of the cause on November 23rd.
Are any of you going to be picking up the album?

The music world has been "saving" the poor for decades now. Who knows where all the resulting money goes but like Jesus said 2000 years ago, you'll always have the poor with you.
