Apple Launches New Support Site with 24/7 Chat and New Design
Apple Monday launched a re-formatted ApplceCare support site with an easier-to-navigate user interface that answers many questions directly on the spot. The site lets the use pick a device, then pick a problem, and suggests a way to fix it.
The support site offers advice for Macs, iPhones, iPods, iPads, iTunes, Apps & Software, and "More Products and Services." The user then moves along the navigation to pinpoint their issue. If your issue isn't listed as one of the default issues, you will be able to search for your issue specifically.
If for some reason the site’s suggestion doesn’t fix your problem, then you have the option to chat with someone at Apple about your problem. The new chat service is now available 24/7 from the site, and offers more flexibility for users no matter what time of the day it is.

Looks pretty nice! It's needed a change for awhile.
