Netflix to Begin Offering "Family" Plan for $12 Per Month
Netflix recently announced plans to introduce a “family” tier of their popular streaming service. The new tier will allow up to four devices to play video from one account simultaneously according to a letter to shareholders released Monday. The company stated that large “families” are often cramped by the two-simultaneous-stream limit, so the company will be adding an expanded plan to better serve the groups of people who are trying to watch three or more things at once and are definitely blood relations of one another.
Although Netflix claims that it expects “fewer than one percent” of its members to take advantage of the plan, clearly enough of its customer base has been hitting the stream limit to merit for a new plan in Netflix’s arsenal. The four-stream option will be priced at $11.99 a month. Netflix didn’t specify when access to the plan will open up. The only thing the company mentioned was that the option will be added “shortly.”
We’ll have to wait and see how many customers will fork over the extra $4 in exchange for 2 additional streamers to the limit on the account.

The only option I wish Netflix would add is to be able to clear the history of watched items so your kids don't see what movies you watched. I hate that they don't have that!!

Why pay Netflix for crap that is old. The stuff they release is so far behind what is on tv or redbox. All I can say is get XBMC and you will never go back!
