    Read the article again. It's 41 months (3 years, 5 months) in prison and another 3 years parole.

    For credit for time and a day for a day he will do about 2 years of his sentence in defense of that comment. But you all knew that being experts on everything

    So anyone that knows anything about anything to do with the legal system knows what you are sentenced with is not what you do. When I saw his sentence I thought about 2 years is what he would do max.

    He should of been hired by Apple and given the position of the person who's job it is for these flaws not to occur... What a joke it is... Yeah, hacking is illegal and don't know if he used the flaw to his own advantage because he will have to pay restitution but 41 months is harsh...
