On Wednesday, Apple provided its developers with the seventh beta of OS X 10.8.3, which is the company's upcoming maintenance and security update for Mountain Lion.

Not much is known yet about Build "12D54" except that its availability comes just days after the most recent beta of Mountain Lion was pushed.

Analogous to the last release, no major changes are anticipated this time around, although we are hearing some chatter about changes to Wi-Fi. Nonetheless, developers are once again encouraged to shift the majority of their testing toward AirPlay, AirPort, Game Center, Graphics Drivers, and Safari.

Registered developers can grab the update now from Apple's Developer Page.
