Think this is the quality of samsungs legal team!!! First thing samsung need to do is hire a real legal team not ones that have clearly got their qualifications of the Internet!! I love my iPhone 4s and yes the touch interface is smooth compaired to the andriod handsets I have had! But then I have not had a Samsung to date but have to say this is the worst defence I have heard to date! But then it might just work lol

This really is a lame comment...
xda dev is a pretty awesome one. But the android fanboys should be going to those websites instead of here, no?

please for the love of youe mother who gave birth to your dumb ***. read the rests of my posts.
You insult me with not reading, but you continue to not see the point. Can I root my phone? absolutely. Do i care to? no. If it takes completely different software to get the phone to run the way its supposed to and on par with an ip4, then something is wrong isnt it? I mean why wouldnt samsung want to ship thier phones with the best version of software so that the end user gets the best experience.
the reason i keep bringing up a two year old phone is for the exact reason that a two year old IP4 performs just as well as my brand new siii, except my siii with similar if not the same apps just crashes more. yes i know, upgrade to JB cus touchwiz sucks blah ....its been your argument for awhile now.
Ill try the nexus with JB once i get my hands on it.Last edited by drigo1178; 09-08-2012 at 07:15 PM.

I can put a password on individual apps on my stock galaxy s3
Have you heard of that barrel tweak in cydia?well it's stock for android
I can turn off wifi,Bluetooth, data From my pull down notification screen without having to unlock my phone
Can you change themes on a stock iPhone?no. But you can with android,I'm running a theme called "BOSS"
I can put 5 icons instead of 4 on my icon dock
I can add two more rows to my bottom icon dock
My keyboard Buttons can vibrate
Andriod has 4g LTE phones way before apple
I can change my keyboard, change the color and theme it to my liking
Don't need iTunes, you just drag whatever songs you want from anyone's PC or laptop
Home screen widgets
I have so much more but you see the point here, and what's best is that its All bone stock on my Samsung galaxy s3 :-)
No need to jailbreak or root.
so which OS is better fellas?Last edited by Jj2345; 09-08-2012 at 09:32 PM.

Just kidding bro. I've played around with Android, but one of the things that's stopping me from switching is all the apps, some podcasts, and songs in my library, purchases, etc. It would take a long time to fully switch over.
Android has its pro's and con's. It keeps looking nicer and nicer, too.

iOS still IMHO runs better. The above listed features don't interest me. Beside I ran the "BOSS" theme and its only icons. Please show me a theme for android that is done in its fullest like iOS.
Also if s3 ICS keyboard didn't suck you wouldn't need to change it. Lol.
No doubt android has not options but options are relative to who uses or needs them
Still think iOS is better. It runs more stable and streamlined. Features are only features. You can put a million features in a dodge neon but guess what at the end of the day it's still a neon lolLast edited by subywrex; 09-09-2012 at 03:33 AM.

Wow! Subywrex!! I've purchase many of your themes man!! Your awsome!!
but Those tweaks I've mentioned,I have them on my iPhone so I needed them on my galaxy as well.they may not be important to you but it's crucial for me.Features are only features as you say but at apple should give me that option
A STOCK iPhone doesn't have themes so dont compare a jailbroken iphone to a stock android at least with my galaxy I can change my icons straight out the box.sure with a jailbroken iphone they take it to the next level by theming every god damn thing in sight lol,but I'm comparing stock vs stock OS here.apple don't even want us jailbreaking our own devices,if they could they'd sue each and every one of us for jailbreaking our iPhones or iPads.Last edited by Jj2345; 09-09-2012 at 06:37 AM.

you obviously don't know what you're talking about. Android themes are more advanced than iOS and dont require rooting or a tedious and complex set up. and there was a study that showed iOS crashes 4 times as often as Android does.
you people really hate Facts don't you? use Google, you'd be surprised what you could find if you searched.| Desktop: Windows 7 | Phone: Samsung Galaxy S4 | Tablet: Galaxy Tab 10.1 |

Especially when you consider "retina display" is nothing more than a high resolution display. There isn't any more to it, just higher res. Then they just made the graphics that make up the user interface twice as wide and tall so that visual they look the same size but smoother, thanks to the higher resolution. Nothing new, just rather nice execution.

I don't get it, why are Apple haters here trying to convert us to hate Apple... go play in your own neighborhood...!

I don't get why fanboys (not saying you are one) equate "the realities that Apple isn't everything to everyone and thier products are built upon the work of others " as Apple Haters trying to convert everyone.
Like your iDevices, I do... Just don't be threatened by open discussion.
