Apple is rolling right along with the next release in a fast-moving cycle of developer builds. The latest is of OS X 10.7.4 - or "Build 11E52" - which has just been released for testing.

And there's really no immediate fireworks or curious tidbits to report.

Consistent with other recent builds, Apple isn't pointing to any known issues, however, developers are encouraged to dedicate the lion share of their attention to the areas of Graphics, iCal, Mail, Printing, and Time Machine.

For now, great progress is being made as work rapidly brings us closer to the launch of OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion, which is set to arrive in "late summer." The short-duration of time between releases speaks to how quickly Apple is working to prepare and finalize the whole enchilada.

Registered Mac devs can get the latest build for testing from Apple's Developer Center website now.
