Iconic French Designer Says Apple to Release Revolutionary Product
Apple is on the verge of releasing a "revolutionary product." That's according to legendary French designer Phillippe Starck, who claims to be in possession of knowledge about major developments inside the secretive design labs of Cupertino, California.
Confessing his finds on a radio interview with France Info, Starck maintains that Apple's next major product release will be a groundbreaking one. And it doesn't sound like he's referring to a product upgrade. Instead, we may be looking at Apple's foray into an entirely new product category.
"Indeed, there is a big project together which will be out in eight months," Starck dished this week, giving scarce details other than to say that which will be revealed is "quite revolutionary." Naturally, many believe the revelation pertains to Apple's allegedly forthcoming iTV.
Starck said he routinely met one-on-one with Steve Jobs at his home in the months before his passing last fall. He claims that he now meets with Steve's surviving wife, Laurene Powell, whenever he travels to California.

Wow! The only "rumored" new Apple technology is the iTV..I wonder if it will actually drop this year? What will be the price point? I'm sure we'll all be wowed. I saw a commercial for Samsung I believe..touting there voice operated Televisions. That is a good tell tail sign of things to come. Apple will make it better I'm sure. I'm very excited to see Siri operated TV's..no more remote controls needed. No more "i can't find my remote" "the dog ate my remote" "the remote was in the couch cushions" haha! Beyond that its just exciting new tech that i HAVE TO HAVE haha..excited!!

iTV wouldn't be revolutionary though, even if it turned your TV into a full computer.
