When I worked at CompUSA years ago, a man did the same thing. The entrance was more of a T shape where the external door was split into an interior entrance on the right and exit on the right. After paying he walked right into the glass that had signage on it and what not. He tried to sue the store but the store had video of him using the doors twice the same day properly. The only difference is that there was someone standing where he hit the glass the two prior times. Its just a frivolous lawsuit and IMO, she did it on purpose just to sue.

As far as this old bag is concerned, she obviously saw the store or she wouldn't have tried to "enter" it. But she claims she didn't see the glass... The whole store is glass. Did she just think that there was a giant Apple logo magically floating in the sky with a bunch of products set up neatly on the sidewalk beneath it? Give me a break. Maybe she'll have a heart attack and poop her pants in the courtroom.

So lame, just another person wanting easy money! Tons of places have glass doors and a lot of people walk into them, but they don't sue the store because they made a simple mistake of not watching where they were going.

Regardless, it was your own stupidity that caused your injury, not a malfunctioning door opener. Any normal person would have stopped immediately when the door they tried to open didn't. And the fact that you are proud that your parents successfully sued the school just makes you look like an even bigger douche bag.

Well I guess she has to pay for her upcoming funeral somehow right.... Lol
Next you know she'll be suing jewellers because she put her hand through the glass attempting to try on some ring she saw!!! Lol I wonder how many times she's stabbed herself with a fork & then complained to the cutlery company because the instrument was of a sharp nature....
Where does it end!!

have some respect,
imaging that it's your grandparent thats walked into the glass and suing would you all be as disrespectful
Edit: it's not as if it will make a end in Appl£'s funds their insurance will probably cover it

My grandparents wouldn't be attempting to sue a company for their own mistake for starters... They'd have put it down to a mistake upon their behalf rather than attempt to make a frivolous lawsuit
How the tables can turn

Also i'm not proud they claimed, not sued I was wrong, claimed, because for the last time I pushed the door when I was running and it did not open fully, meaning I hit it with my face at full blast, never once said it wasn't my fault but they did admit liability instantly, so take it up with the insurance company, not me, douchebags
