Apple Seeds Mac OS X 10.7.3 To Developers
Apple recently began testing for Mac OS X 10.7.3, the third maintenance update to the relatively new Lion operating system. This update is said to improve upon iCloud’s documents in the cloud, along with a focus on a slew of other areas.
In OS X Lion 10.7.3 (build 11D16), Apple has requested developers to mainly focus their efforts in evaluating the Address Book, iCal calendars, iCloud’s document storage, and Mail. As of right now, the update (weighing in at 633MB) has no known issues for those of you who might be wondering. It was also accompanied by a pre-release copy of OS X Lion Server 10.7.3, which carries the same build number and areas of focus.
The last time Apple updated OS X Lion was mid-October when the company released Mac OS X 10.7.2, which delivered initial Mac support for iCloud. As usual, it’s nice to see constant updates and support for software by a company even though this was much expected with iCloud being a relatively new service.
