Already two big issues with it. 1. Cannot use genius at all on device with iTunes match enabled.2. Cannot sync music videos that were not purchased from iTunes.(also not a huge deal but enabling and then disabling iTunes match on iOS device doesn't work that well. sometimes it still stays on and a reboot is required to snap the device out of it.)

Also gmusic cannot create playlists on the fly

thought I'd add that this has been fixed. Can now do playlists on the fly. Can also set a song to not play (offline mode). This way it stays in your library but doesn't get shuffled in when playing all songs.

Not to concerned with Match, but atleast this fixed the "waiting for items to copy" problem I was having during sync.
