Apple Sending Out "Welcome to iCloud" Emails Prematurely

Apple appears to have prematurely sent out a few “Welcome to iCloud” emails today.
A MMi member (thanks Daniel) tipped us off by forwarding us the email he received from Apple. The email contains instructions for users on how to set up their iCloud account. It appears the user’s email address will be the Apple ID used to set up their “iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac and PC.”
While the email tells users to “follow these instructions” to set up their iCloud account, the link is broken suggesting these emails weren’t exactly delivered on time. They were most likely supposed to be issued sometime next week, after Apple's big media event Tuesday.
The email describes some of the uses for iCloud including songs bought on iTunes appearing on all your devices at the same time, photos taken on your iPhone automatically being sent to your iPad, and putting the “finishing touches” on Pages documents started on your iPhone on your iPad at a later time.
The email doesn’t reveal anything we didn’t already know about iCloud. According to Apple there’s now “no need to dock or sync to your computer. With iCloud, it just works.”
For Apple’s sake I hope it does.Last edited by Phillip Swanson; 09-30-2011 at 05:11 PM.

If it's premature, then why is there nothing about an iPhone 4S or iPhone 5 in the fine print at the bottom?
