    Well really the only place you have to call is India Joke!

    But yeah at least with an Apple product, because they make they support the hardware and the software you don't get bounced around.
    I know from experience that hardware vendors will often just try to say its a software problem and vice versa.

    weird...this actually happened to my pc running windows 7. kept freezing when id sync my iphone 3g 4.2.1 and id have to force quit the application.

    Dell? lol, that would be one of the last pc I would ever buy. I am not bashing Apple, or Mac. Love my OVER priced Airbook. Huge learning curve coming from pc. I spent the money in hopes of having a laptop that will last more than a couple years. I hope at the end of this macs life, I can say, wow, great product, great price. Anyways, here I set waiting for a update to fix Itune.

    Its understandable that when your pay a 100% premium on a "quality" product that you expect it to be better and more stable.
