Synch idevice with more than 1 computer
You can synch your idevice with more than 1 computer you just have to do it manually! Link from Apples site describing how!
Using iPhone, iPad, or iPod with multiple computers

For people who think that there is only iTunes you're wrong. There are plenty of alternatives out there. Take a look around. You can put sharepod or Media Monkey on a PC and have iTunes on the mac and be able to sync/back-up on both comps. Most of them only does songs and videos though. I've been able to rip the library off a ipod to a pc using an alternative.

You should be able to 'Transfer Purchases' from the iPhone into iTunes then change the AAC conversion process into MP3 format. After that, u can drag and drop those MP3s onto ur desktop or wherever u want.
To answer ur question, though, it doesn't sound like TuneSwift will do what ur looking for.

Cool application but I never really need this
You don't like the iPad because you don't have one!
