I'm not that surprised as someone told me that Bill doesn't let his family own an Apple product.
Asking for help is different from being stupid. Fanboys can rot in @#$%!

Yeah that is pretty ignorant of you. Considering how much money Bill has, how mellow he seems to be, and how much he gives to humanitarian efforts and charities there is a lot more to him than just the dorky exterior. I am sure his wife and kids have absolutely fantastic lives. There is more to life than material things, after all. I personally put memories and life experiences far and away above any material item that I currently own. After I pass on it just becomes junk for the landfill.
You would have to want to get to know Bill as a person first instead of just assuming what he is like based on what you have seen of him through the media."To unpathed waters, undreamed shores." -- William Shakespeare

I am sure their kids have Apple products. Probably stashed at a friends house. That's what I'd do if I was their kid. Don't get my wrong. MS has a bunch a good stuff but apple just has a little more.

Ermmm, Lambo to Ferrari? Ha. Winmo vs iPhone is like a Lambo vs a bicycle made of white dog turds with no wheels.
A Zune vs an iPod is even worse.
Gates is rich. Gates did alot of things right in his life, but on this one, he needs to sit back and enjoy an icy cold glass of haterade.iPhone 4 to Android directly back to iPhone 4. I learned my lesson and will never leave iOS again.

I would use both if I were Bill. That way you get to know your opponent really well.
After all I remember when Bill said in an interview the iPad was a non-starter.
He should be using one to understand the appeal of one and whisper into Balmer's ear.

I'd hate to see how Bill will discipline his kids if they did bring an iPhone home. "No more $1 million a week pocket money for you. Now go to your room, the maid will bring up your dinner later which will be made in the Microsoft Oven 1.1 rather than Microsoft Oven 5.3.".

Funny thread. An iPhone/Mac forum talking about why a Microsoft Billionaire's kids should use an iPhone/iPod/Mac ... Does it make you feel better if they do? Does it make you sad that they don't?
Who gives a c**p.

No different than some of the articles i've read on this site about where Steve Jobs ranks in terms of the richest people in the world.....or how much money Steve made in the 1st quarter of the year.....or Apple's earnings over the last 10 years.....or Steve getting busted with ninja stars at an airport.....or Verizon iphone rumors that have no legitimate supporting facts...only rumors.
Who gives a crap? Right?
