Seriously, Who pays for anything in iTunes. I buy some apps. but thats is. To fill my 64gb ipod would cost $10K in itunes. Screw that. Acquisition anyone. any one who buys music from overpriced Apple are suckers.
On that note, If you bought the music and then paid for a ringtone again. You deserve to give apple all your money. So they can spend it wisely. You can not be trusted not to trough it down the toilet.

I don't need to worry because I don't have an iPhone.
Asking for help is different from being stupid. Fanboys can rot in @#$%!

All Mac users can create their own ringtones from songs, or if they want to get fancy, by mixing many songs and effects etc, through GarageBand and export to iTunes to sync with their iPhone. It isn't rocket science but easy guide can be found on YouTube.

I never used that feature anyway, much easier and cheaper to just convert an MP3 to M4A, then changed the file extension from M4A to M4R, then SSH it on to my iPhone
I kind of agree with you, I buy the occasional cd but 90% of my music is acquired through "other means", however, if I buy an MP3 or album through iTunes, I should be able to make copies or ringtones for my own use, for free. Once I own it, legally I can do whatever I want with itLast edited by Jay316; 09-04-2010 at 05:28 AM.

I've always been a sucker for Audiko and the fact that it's free.
