$799-$999 iTablet in Feb 2010?

My personal favorite rumor lives on, in a sort of offhand report in Taiwan Economic News:
Computerworld adds the interesting observation that HSPDA support would mean persistent rumors about Verizon becoming Apple's carrier of choice would be false... and AT&T's announcement of coming HSPA rollouts add credence to the report.The tablet PC features a 9.6-inch screen, finger-touch function and built-in HSPDA (high speed download packet access) module, and adopts a P.A. SEMI processor chip and long lasting battery pack, selling for between US$799 and US$999.

Pic looks bigger than 10 inches to me. Unless it's 10 inches horizontally.
I know it's just a fan-made Ps, but still.

I havent really looked into the iTablet, but is it basically a mac book in the form of an itouch or is it a giant iTouch? What i mean is can i download like the iPhone SDK on there and use it, and have like usb connections or is it just a giant iTouch?
