    Honestly what gives Apple the right to call something illegal? Legality implies that there is a law in place. Governments make laws, not Apple. Last I checked Apple was in the IT industry, not running the country. This BS is just propaganda to scare the people with no backbone at all.

    I also heard that it's illegal if you update straight from windows 3.1
